Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Louisville Water Company.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, resolving billing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer accounts to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Meet productivity metrics and quality standards
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CC&B system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service in a call center environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working in an office environment with mostly sedentary work using a computer and taking phone calls.
