Job Summary:
This position is located at the Milliken Johnston Plant in Johnston, SC and reports to the Plant Manager. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of production associates in the Weave Room to achieve productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, delivery, and safety objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production associates to foster a working environment that promotes open communications, teamwork, and individual engagement to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Ensure work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet delivery objectives.
- Ensure all associates are paid correctly and that written performance evaluations are completed as required.
- Provide continuous feedback on personnel performance issues and take immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and use resources creatively.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Effective communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work a second or night shift rotation based on plant business needs.
