Job Title: Account Executive Washington DC

At DES Growth Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Washington DC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our information management services to new customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain a strong pipeline of prospect accounts.
  • Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable opportunities.
  • Develop strong business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience selling business services, preferably document management sales experience.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities.
  • Driven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
