Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at the State of Vermont. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative-level services to our business office, including managing the utility annual report filing process, contract and grant administration, reviewing audit reports, preparing financial reports, procurement of goods and services, and information systems administration.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or public administration, or a related field, and three years or more of experience providing professional administrative-level services to a business or organization. Alternatively, you may have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and five years or more of experience providing professional administrative-level services to a business or organization.
