Verbal Beginnings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ABA Therapist to join our team at our early intervention ABA center. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapeutic services to clients with autism, while living out our Pledge of Care and VB Pack Values: Passion, Accountability, Celebration & Kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute 1:1 therapeutic services for clients with autism
  • Support client programming and case management
  • Act as a model employee and provide training to junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

  • 40-hour RBT training required
  • 2+ years of experience providing ABA services
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education preferred
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy
  • BLS/CPR Certification including pediatric BLS/CPR is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to growth and development in the ABA field
