You'll also be responsible for reviewing and distributing work orders, determining manpower and equipment needs, and maintaining accurate records. Effective communication with management is crucial in this role, as you'll need to report any issues that may impact process delays, safety, or potential losses to the company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Kitting/Packout Calendar to ensure timely shipment to customers
  • Procure necessary materials, hardware, and other items related to work orders
  • Verify the accuracy of packages, including quantity, size, and special instructions
  • Review and distribute work orders to meet scheduled needs
  • Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed to cover the Kitting/Packout calendar
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
  • Communicate issues to management that may impact process delays, safety, or potential losses
