Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their mattress needs and preferences.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
  • Seek out knowledge on new products and stay up-to-date on current promotions and policies.
  • Present and prepare contracts, process transactions, and maintain knowledge of POS systems.
  • Participate in merchandising and product displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Strong desire to succeed and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in a field with regular interaction with people.
  • Coachability, hard work, and a commitment to learning.

  • Self-starter with a team player attitude.
  • Comfortable working with clientele and providing excellent customer service.
