Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the successful execution of a government contract, ensuring cost, schedule, and contract performance are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in cost management, schedule estimation, contract performance management, risk management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall program, ensuring successful cost, schedule, and contract performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, Government Program Manager, and Contractor's senior management.
  • Contribute to program efforts in areas such as cost management, schedule estimation, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff, both direct and indirect.
  • Review and approve financial reports, including earned value, estimate to complete, funds and man-hour expenditure reports.
  • Work with the higher-level program manager to provide effective and efficient management of the Contractor's effort.
  • Review and propose the integrated program baseline to the Government.
  • Review risk and risk mitigation activities, allocating budgets as necessary.
  • Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews for presentation to the Government.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
  • PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Entry Level certification, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 1 certification in Program Management.
Clearance Requirement

This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
