Key Responsibilities:

The Program Integrator will support program managers, initiative leaders, and PEO executives in overseeing and reporting on the overall status of programs, initiatives, and portfolios. This includes conducting comprehensive analyses across multiple contracts and government activities to identify concerns related to cost, schedule, and performance. The role also involves cross-program analysis to aid in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and generating execution reports. Responsibilities include drafting acquisition and program documentation such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Additionally, the Program Integrator will prepare presentations to communicate analysis results and program/portfolio status.

Essential Skills:

· Generate financial and summary reports on program elements for GPMs at the program level, assisting with resource allocation and tracking; recommend funding adjustments as necessary.

· Aid program managers in creating program documentation (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies), developing program schedules, monitoring program status, evaluating operational and technical options, conducting risk assessments, and managing integrated product teams.

· Support GPMs to ensure execution aligns with cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Utilize program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel) to assist GPMs in planning, documenting, executing, and reporting all program details (e.g., spend plans) for both current and future fiscal years.

· Participate in contract reviews to assist GPMs in cost estimation and monitoring program/initiative outcomes.

· Provide guidance in the creation and customization of agency financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation, ensuring that program requirements are affordable, supportable, and effective in meeting mission objectives.

· Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in line with PEO policies and procedures.

· Prepare briefing materials, charts, spreadsheets, and other documentation to aid the Government in program decision-making.

· Conduct data analysis using MS Excel, employing pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.

· Create reports to support program management functions, including:

a. Bi-Weekly execution reports detailing funding execution across programs, including budget center, appropriation, and funding sources.

b. Bi-Weekly cost estimation reports summarizing the consolidated burn rate across all contracts supporting a program and the latest funding projections needed for the fiscal year.

c. Bi-Weekly overview reports comparing total budget available against total projected costs for the remainder of the fiscal year.

d. Bi-Weekly reports highlighting any areas of concern, such as delays in external funding or slow execution against specific appropriations.

e. Bi-Weekly contracts reports tracking current contract funding run-outs and periods of performance.

f. Bi-Weekly staffing reports for LOE contracts, illustrating current and projected staffing levels and highlighting any areas of concern.

g. Document readiness schedules for programs undergoing contract actions and/or ARB baselining, listing all required contract documents and their status.

· Assist GPMs and initiative leaders with resource planning and tracking.

· Prepare and support the delivery of presentations for program and initiative status reviews.

Qualifications:

A minimum of eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field. Alternatively, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, along with an additional three (3) years of directly related experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, is required.
