About the Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team of educators at our Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) in Waterville, ME. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our clinical team to provide occupational therapy services to children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a specialized therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend evaluations, IEP's, ITP's, and other team meetings as directed.
  • Provide occupational therapy assessments, including scoring and narrative reports.
  • Develop and maintain schedules and classroom curriculum to support development in identified areas.
  • Provide individual and group occupational therapy, as indicated on the child's IEP or doctor's prescription.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary for this position is up to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and position status. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, 10 paid holidays, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan with 5% agency match.
