Key Responsibilities

The Bridgeport Islanders are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive in Ticket Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling full-menu ticket plans, group outings, premium suites, and other ticket packages to past purchasers, qualified lists, and at events. You will also be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting pre-determined activity and sales goals.

Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong work ethic. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of ticket sales and revenue management, as well as experience with CRM software.
