Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Tarkett. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales and market updates to regional and territory leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of sales-related experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
