Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and business-savvy General Manager to lead our Culver City Flagship location. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive and motivational environment, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and embody our core values, known as The Feels
  • Foster meaningful relationships with your team and guests
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including overseeing the Host and Instructor teams
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and retain a best-in-class team
  • Execute local marketing tactics, including on-site events, retail, community, and corporate partnerships
  • Ensure the studio is maintained to our high standards
  • Oversee Host & Instructor scheduling, class schedule optimization, and Classpass/other third-party integrations
  • Manage studio inventory, including retail and apparel items
  • Maintain staff performance management and feedback processes
  • Partner with the Guest Services team to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience
  • Understand and optimize the studio's P&L to achieve profitability objectives
  • Teach and step in for last-minute classes, familiar with all class styles and offerings (preferred)
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume membership-based fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-related environment
  • Previously hired and managed a team of 15+ direct reports, who excel and rave about you as a leader
  • Proven track record in creating a 5-star guest experience
  • Proficient in schedule optimization
  • Experience with Mariana Tek (preferred)
  • Licensed yoga instructor and interested in teaching (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule to work busy evenings, ideally Monday through Wednesday evenings and at least one weekend day per week
