Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing municipal water and wastewater projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on projects of various sizes.
  • Perform engineering work in process design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering services and construction management.
  • Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepares cost estimates for various water projects.
  • Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with supervising and coordinating the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others team members for specific assignments.
  • Provide engineering services during construction.
  • Participate in field activities such as pilot testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 4 to 8 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team.
  • Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Design and construction phase experience.
