Responsibilities
  • Manage and process high volume accounts payable data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy in batching and matching invoices, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Apply expertise in GL coding to various business segments, including coding to multiple business segments.
  • Utilize skills in 3-way match to ensure all invoices are accurate and complete.
  • Regularly audit financial data for discrepancies and rectify any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding accounts payable status.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Analyst role or similar position.
  • Proven experience with accounts payable GL Coding, 3-way match, batching and matching invoices, and coding to multiple business segments.
  • Experience with high volume accounts payable data entry.
  • Proficiency in using Great Plains and Sage software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
