Job Description

To provide administrative and on-site management, and coordination of site development and vertical development for all phases of single family, multi-family, and commercial projects to the organization's Land Development Division. The Project Manager of Site and Utilities is responsible for and will be held accountable for all facets of development projects up to and through horizontal construction and close out. The Project Manager of Site and Utilities reviews, coordinates, and manages all third-party related partners in all phases of Land Development. Also included, plan, direct and coordinate utility designs, applications and tracking review results for all construction projects with the organization. The Project Manager of Site and Utilities is also responsible for the preparation and delivery of all utility applications, scheduling utilities, and tracking the progress of installation. The Project Manager of Site and Utilities shall receive a directive to start the utility process from the Project Manager Pre-Construction/ Sitework and the Construction Manager. The Project Manager of Site and Utilities consults with the Site Development and Construction Department throughout the design and installation process, informing on status, as well as the Accounting Department to request the required fees. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and on-site management for site development and vertical development projects.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party related partners in all phases of Land Development.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate utility designs, applications and tracking review results for all construction projects.
  • Prepare and deliver utility applications, schedule utilities, and track the progress of installation.
  • Consult with the Site Development and Construction Department and the Accounting Department to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for travel to sites.
