Job Summary

This position will be responsible for leading a US enterprise-wide deduction and dispute resolution process for a multi-million-dollar company. The Deduction Manager will be part of our AR transformation initiative, leading and supporting their team through design and implementation of processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer deductions process, providing governance and oversight and managing issue escalation as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal functions on key opportunity areas such as deduction validation and processing, process gaps, service levels, and other areas as assigned.
  • Build organizational capability, including direction setting, development and performance management for direct reports and outsourced team.
  • Perform monthly SOX controls and manage monthly audits of deductions and write-offs validated and processed by third party provider (Accenture).
  • Develop and ensure implementation of specific project plans, policy and procedures and change management procedures, including identifying opportunities to standardize processes across businesses where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Must possess strong leadership skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Programs and possess an ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with HighRadius, SAP and Envision a plus
Working Conditions

Normal office environment with minimal (5-10%) travel. Some holiday and weekend coverage required throughout the year, especially at fiscal quarter closes (Oct, Jan, Apr, and Jul).

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $69,000-$99,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
