Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ice Skating Instructor to join our team at the Plymouth Ice Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ice skating lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Coaching: Provide expert instruction and coaching to ice skating participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our skating director to develop and implement effective ice skating programs, promoting engagement and growth among participants.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Establish and maintain open communication with skating participants, parents, and arena staff, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 16 years of age and have prior teaching or coaching experience in ice skating, hockey, or figure skating.
  • Certifications and Memberships: Hold current certifications or memberships in relevant ice skating organizations, such as ISI, USA Hockey, or USFSA.
  • Skills and Qualities: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
