CIS Learning Coordinator

The CIS Learning Coordinator will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic security and technology training initiatives across the company. This role will own the full lifecycle of training, including curriculum development, platform management, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of comprehensive training programs that support security, technology, and compliance needs.
• Own and manage all training platforms (LMS, e-learning, etc.), ensuring accessibility, functionality, and a seamless learning experience for all colleagues.
• Monitor and report on training engagement and completion rates.
• Partner with various CIS programs to design and implement custom learning solutions and modules for specific security and technology topics, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategic goals.
• Drive awareness and promotion of CIS-specific training programs to ensure colleagues are aware of new learning opportunities and understand the importance of participation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across CIS and other departments to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and meet organizational requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, using data to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and colleague engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or training coordination, preferably within technology or security domains.
• Strong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Experience in developing e-learning modules using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with security and technology training content is a plus.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range: $113,500.00–$170,200.00 based in Maryland.
