About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for being a resource to our customers, providing industry knowledge, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. This includes maintaining store appearance, processing customer purchases, and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Operations: Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
  • Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification
