This role involves the sale, receipt, and distribution of parts and accessories, along with providing in-store customer assistance and maintaining overall organization within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to promote and sell products that meet their requirements.
  • Support Service Technicians by supplying necessary parts.
  • Assist in the preparation and upkeep of merchandise displays.
  • Ensure accurate receipt of shipments and assist in organizing inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parts department.
  • Monitor and report any shortages or issues to management.
  • Help maintain all departmental tools and equipment in optimal condition.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of parts and machinery.
  • Familiarity with parts catalog computer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
