Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Swim Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, enforcing pool rules and regulations, and responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our aquatic facilities, including the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lifeguard or in a related field.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard Training required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
