The Role
- You will be responsible for learning the basics of SaaS sales and working closely with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services that enhance their online presence.
- You will educate customers on product offerings and services, addressing pricing concerns and answering questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- You will consistently meet departmental sales goals of monthly revenue generated from sales activities while maintaining targeted customer satisfaction rates.
- You will build your proficiency in our products, services, and processes to improve sales effectiveness.
- You will maintain accurate daily records of sales activity in Salesforce.
Skill Requirements
- We seek candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can take initiative and exceed individual goals.
- Prior experience working in high-paced environments and using CRM tools like Salesforce is essential.
- A strong customer focus, good organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize are also required.
