Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and driven sales representative to join our team. As a sales career accelerator, you will be responsible for connecting with top-tier hair stylists and barbers in your territory, building long-term relationships, and helping them choose the right tools for their craft.

You will be working closely with our talented artists to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing expert knowledge and advice on our products to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of the beauty or wellness industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments

Location: This role is based in the US, with territories across the country. You will be required to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
