The IT Service Desk Technician serves as the primary IT support for personnel at the designated location. Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability and adhere to established protocols as directed by supervisory staff.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT service desk or desktop support role.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities based on urgency.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new skills with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to interact professionally with all levels of community personnel, representing the IT Department with courtesy and helpfulness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as needed.
