As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations at our convenience store locations under the guidance of our experienced leaders.

Training Overview:
During your training, you will work closely with Training Managers, acquiring valuable insights and best practices for effective store management. In between training sessions, you will engage in various shifts, applying your leadership skills in real-world scenarios.

Upon completion of your training, you will join our leadership team, stepping in during absences until you are assigned to your own store.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing a strong team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
  • Lead by example, setting clear goals and holding yourself and others accountable.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized.
  • Oversee quality control and safety standards in food service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Efficiently operate the cash register.
  • Support the Store Manager in food service operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year in retail or food service, preferably in a leadership role.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others.
  • Basic computer skills.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in varying temperatures.
