Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Care Specialist to join our team at Fast Pace Health. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies
  • Administer non-surgical fracture reductions
  • Monitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections
  • Administer intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation reduction using ultrasound
  • Apply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditions
  • Educate patients on cast care and potential complications
  • Review and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies
  • Collaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
