Job Description

The Personal Care Specialist will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The ideal candidate will be able to read, write, and speak English fluently and possess a friendly, caring disposition. Key responsibilities include answering resident calls promptly, assisting with cleaning and tidying, and supporting residents with activities of daily living such as showers, toileting, and dressing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with older adults, preferably in a care-giving capacity. A satisfactory criminal history check and a negative drug screen are also mandatory requirements. Additionally, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a physical exam by a licensed physician prior to starting work.
