Fast Pace Health is seeking a skilled Musculoskeletal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality healthcare services while achieving optimal patient satisfaction.

About the Job
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. You must be able to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from fractures to joint effusions and infections. Your expertise will include administering non-surgical fracture reductions, performing joint aspirations, and applying casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize injured body parts.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies.
- Administer non-surgical fracture reductions and monitor the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections.
- Apply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditions.
- Ensure proper alignment and immobilization of injured body parts.
- Educate patients on cast care and potential complications.
- Review and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies.
- Collaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Determine whether surgical or non-operative approaches are most appropriate.
- Provide patients with detailed information about their orthopedic conditions.
- Offer guidance on home exercises, physical therapy, and activity modifications.
