  • This position entails both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts.
  • Strong community interaction, excellent organizational capabilities, and adept problem-solving skills are crucial for success.
  • A genuine passion for and experience in working with the senior population is essential for this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, with unlimited commission potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits package included.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience is required, with 2+ years preferred.
  • Healthcare Background: Experience in a health plan, FMO/benefits broker, or provider setting is beneficial.
  • Senior Community: Familiarity with or experience in engaging with the senior community or medically underserved individuals is advantageous.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
