Responsibilities

  • Preparation of comprehensive project construction documents
  • Seamless coordination with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members
  • Meticulous code review and compliance documentation
  • Critical review of shop drawings and project submittals for document adherence

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect: Certified and qualified to practice
  • K-12 Experience: We are seeking an architect with K-12 Education project experience
  • High-Energy and Goal-Oriented: A dynamic and motivated approach
  • Passion for Creative Design: A deep enthusiasm for innovative design solutions
  • Collaborative: Able to work closely with diverse team members, both in-house and externally
  • Proficient in Multiple Tools: Mastery of essential tools like Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
