Job Title: Registered Nurse
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Center for Discovery. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing, Associate of Science, or higher degree from an accredited institution offering a curriculum in nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of New York.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in utilization of the nursing process and multi-disciplinary approach.
