About the Role:

The Nursing Care Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support to our patients and families, working closely with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. This includes assessing, developing, and implementing individualized plans of nursing care, as well as evaluating patient outcomes and making informed decisions to optimize care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist medical doctors in delivering patient care, ensuring a high level of quality and service.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient services.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
  6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based care standards.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Texas
  • CPR certification
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school, or Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school, or diploma nurses
