Job Summary

VDart Inc is seeking a highly skilled Training Content Developer to support the Group Health Operations and Sales team in assessing, developing, and delivering effective training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze current training programs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop project plans to meet those needs.
  • Design and build training content using PowerPoint and other tools, with a focus on instructional design and presentation skills.

Requirements:
