Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home health care, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
