Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional customer service during their stay at one of our TPG Hotels Resorts and Marinas properties. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, supervising front desk staff, and handling guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance on guest service standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred).
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
