Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at SP Plus Corporation, you will be responsible for:

  • Treating each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring each interaction delivers on the SP Plus Promise.
  • Being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform, and ready to assist customers.
  • Counting bank of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
  • Collecting cash and/or validations and maintaining security of cash.
  • Making change and issuing receipts or tickets to customer for each transaction.

The physical demands of this job include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
