Your Role:

As a Brand Representative based in Houston, TX, you will serve as the public ambassador for The Pack Labs, actively interacting with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. Your contribution will be crucial in amplifying our brand visibility and educating both retailers and consumers about the distinctive advantages of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and presentations to inform retail staff and consumers about The Pack Labs' products, highlighting their unique benefits and our brand ethos.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, becoming the recognizable face of our brand while enhancing sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Initiate outreach efforts, including targeted cold calls to potential retail partners, to introduce our product line and secure new marketing avenues.
  • Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, increasing brand visibility and fostering community involvement.
  • Collect market intelligence through customer interactions and feedback, providing valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to devise strategies that align with brand objectives and expand market share, ensuring a unified approach to customer engagement and product promotion.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic communicators who excel in public speaking and customer interaction.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for promoting hemp-derived cannabis products, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Organized professionals capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to diverse environments, from retail settings to large industry events.
  • Candidates with a robust background in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably with experience as brand representatives in the hemp, cannabis, or related consumer sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Houston area and occasionally beyond, including setting up and dismantling promotional events.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
  • Physical capability to handle promotional setups and product demonstrations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $16 - $21 per hour, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales outcomes.
