About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned talent management professional to join our team as Director of Talent Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that drive high performance, engagement, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement talent management strategies that align with our growth objectives
  • Evolve and lead our performance management processes to ensure they support employee development and business goals
  • Develop and manage programs for manager effectiveness, career development, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify key talent needs and create strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and ongoing culture improvements
  • Manage, develop, and mentor People Business Partners to ensure alignment on talent strategies and provide guidance on best practices
  • Monitor key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of talent programs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, business partnership, or HR program management in high growth, dynamic environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing other HR professionals
  • Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive engagement and performance and align with business priorities
  • Ability to communicate, coach, influence, and collaborate with all levels of employees

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
