Job Description
As a Business Development and Relationship Manager, you will work closely with various operations to deeply understand their business needs and advise on lending opportunities. You will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of commercial loans in compliance with GPAC's policies. This role involves both office-based work and significant off-site visits to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service account relationships by providing financial advice and counsel on investments to customers and prospective customers.
- Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.
- Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of commercial loans.
- Ensure all lending activities comply with GPAC's policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently involved in commercial lending in the local market.
- Proven experience in achieving high production goals.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
- Familiarity with the loan processing and closing processes.
- Strong underwriting skills.
