Bindery Specialist

JLS Mailing Services is seeking a skilled Bindery Specialist to join our team in Brockton, MA.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cutting, folding, drilling, and shrink-wrapping functions in a print and mail shop environment.

Responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing jobs to specifications, maintaining efficiency, safety, and accuracy, and cross-training on other equipment to support other departments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in digital printing or mailing industry
• Experience with MBO folders, Challenge Cutter, Challenge 3-Hole Drill, and Besler Shrinkwrap
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
