Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients to educate them on preventive health and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive care coordination team to reinforce the clinical plan of care

  • Assist with staff schedules and Lawson ordering
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent
  • Ability to embody an attitude of service and a desire to learn and master new skills
