Mentor Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and operations meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Facilities Team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage all requirements in the Contractor Safety Program.
- Provide inspection and monitoring support for facilities activities and areas to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Review facilities SOPs to ensure compliance (procedure vs practice).
- Audit Readiness.
- Review facilities documentation at random following statistical methods and report the results.
- Develop a Compliance improvement plan if necessary.
- Perform internal audits and routine inspections of areas managed by Mentor and sub-contractors.
- Responsible to follow-up on trainings for all Mentor associates and sub-contractors.
- Assist in the investigation process for events associated with Pest Control, Facilities, and EHS.
- Monitor and present Compliance KPIs in the Site Management Team meeting.
- Responsible to provide Compliance Awareness to Mentor associates.
- Participate in Compliance Awareness Discussions.
- BS in Sciences Preferred 5-10 years' experience in EHS and GMP in Manufacturing Environment and Utilities.
