Job Summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and operations meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage all requirements in the Contractor Safety Program.
  • Provide inspection and monitoring support for facilities activities and areas to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Review facilities SOPs to ensure compliance (procedure vs practice).
  • Audit Readiness.
  • Review facilities documentation at random following statistical methods and report the results.
  • Develop a Compliance improvement plan if necessary.
  • Perform internal audits and routine inspections of areas managed by Mentor and sub-contractors.
  • Responsible to follow-up on trainings for all Mentor associates and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in the investigation process for events associated with Pest Control, Facilities, and EHS.
  • Monitor and present Compliance KPIs in the Site Management Team meeting.
  • Responsible to provide Compliance Awareness to Mentor associates.
  • Participate in Compliance Awareness Discussions.
Qualifications
  • BS in Sciences Preferred 5-10 years' experience in EHS and GMP in Manufacturing Environment and Utilities.
