Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at HORIBA Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Pacific Northwest territory and serving as the initial point of contact with end-user prospects who are interested in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel up to 75% of the time, providing instrument information and performing in-person demonstrations with customers and/or distribution partners.
- Respond to product capability questions or coordinate appropriate personnel to prospect inquiries.
- Coordinate between the prospect and manufacturers' representative/distributor to provide demonstrations, further information, customer references, etc.
- Develop and maintain a database of all prospects.
- Complete and submit timely reports as defined by the Director of Sales and Corporate Accounts or their Area Sales Manager.
- Maintain and manage all company assets that are issued, to include demonstration equipment, company vehicle, and laptop computer.
- Manage the process of regular distribution of qualified leads and other information to members of the Company's distribution network. Responsible for the timely follow-up on all leads and advises manager of the action taken via a monthly report.
- Perform follow-up and qualification of inquiries generated by direct mail, advertising, and other promotional activities.
- Implement promotional plans for the Company's products as provided by Marketing/Sales management.
- Provide expert operational and technical demonstrations for all company products.
- Meet or exceed sales performance targets as defined by the Director of Sales and Corporate Accounts.
- Comply with all requests for reports requested by their Sales Management Team.
- Perform duties in accordance with any and all established company policies and procedures and government regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, direct sales experience with clinical laboratory equipment.
- Experience includes distribution, indirect sales channels, knowledge of scientific and/or laboratory instrumentation and its application in the clinical laboratory.
