We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hussmann. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze service technician timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with service managers and technicians to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes resulting from pull-through service work.
  • Participate in customer discussions to submit quotes, follow up on approvals, and schedule quoted work.
  • Audit invoices exported to the billing system, finalize sales, print invoices, and distribute to customers.
  • Maintain customer Rules of Engagement and billing system.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payment and provide support to the corporate credit department to resolve disputed/rejected invoices and past due receivables.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and weekends as required.
