Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Software Analyst to join our team at WTW inc. This role involves working closely with our project team to deliver HR technology solutions to clients. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen, with experience in software application configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop data specifications, validate data, and conduct testing tasks, as well as participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot functional defects. A strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data analysis tools is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing functional requirements definitions and specifications
  • Collaborating with other project team members to verify project requirements
  • Loading sample content for design purposes
  • Processing incoming data files following WTW standards
  • Conducting first-level data checks and analysis to ensure professional standards and exceptional client services
  • Setting up file directories for each data source with IT resources
  • Using approved web scripts to add content to websites
  • Assisting in website testing using approved test plans and raising or resolving issues as necessary
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Troubleshooting & functional defect remediation
  • Attending team or client meetings as requested
  • Participating in end-user training
  • Post-production validation
  • Applying all quality control procedures to ensure high standards of quality are maintained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related area
  • 5-7 years' experience as a Software Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, and relational databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Competitive base salary range: $82,000 - $95,000 USD
