Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Architects to develop and refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform detailed architectural drawings, generate revisions, and corrections from redlined drawings.
  • Review design documents and construction estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants and coordinate documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Architectural license not required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
  • Experience in Education K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred.
  • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment.
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
