Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect II to join our team at Lenity Architecture, Inc. as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design development, reviewing planning concepts and solutions, and developing architectural drawings to communicate planning concepts for project documentation and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design development and review planning concepts and solutions
  • Develop architectural drawings to communicate planning concepts for project documentation and construction
  • Assist in the development of architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details
  • Supervise and guide overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters to ensure project and company goals and initiatives are met
  • Directly supervise architects, designers, and technicians
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university
  • Licensed or non-registered graduate certification
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business software such as Word, Excel, Teams, Bluebeam & Outlook
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D sketching and modeling techniques
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of project management software
  • Experience managing others along with excellent verbal and communication skills
