Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of architectural projects. Your expertise will be essential in creating detailed drawings and documents, as well as collaborating with engineers and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural drawings and documents for project documentation and construction
  • Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to ensure project execution
  • Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects
  • Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc.
  • Develop technical construction details

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university
  • Licensed or non-registered graduate certification
  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business software such as Word, Excel, Teams, Bluebeam & Outlook
