About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Auditor, Internal Audit to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform internal audits and special projects to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to promote an effective control environment.
  • Collaborate with the global audit team to identify and assess risk areas to be reviewed.
  • Assist with SOX testing globally and provide remediation recommendations.
  • Develop and implement audit programs and procedures to ensure compliance with department, company, and Institute of Internal Auditors Standards.
  • Monitor audit findings and manage follow-up of Management's actions plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Strong fluency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as an external or internal auditor.
  • A proactive and high-energy work style with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in conducting audit projects as well as Sox testing.
  • Prior experience working with Big4.
